This website, astrolink-global.com (the "Site"), is operated by ASTROLINK GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN 202557110Z), on behalf of the Astrolink group — three affiliated legal entities under common ownership in Singapore, Hong Kong and Shenzhen. By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
The Site exists to describe who we are and how we work. Product descriptions, capability pages, specifications and commentary are provided for general information. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, a binding quotation, or legal, tax or investment advice. We take care to keep the content accurate, but we may correct errors and update any page without notice.
An inquiry submitted through the Site is exactly that — an inquiry. Any quotation we issue in response remains indicative until it is confirmed in a signed proforma invoice or contract issued by the relevant group entity. Only that signed document creates a binding commitment; until then, either side may step away without obligation.
Product availability, technical specifications, lead times and commercial terms are subject to confirmation at the time of order. Images are illustrative and may differ from delivered goods. The specifications that govern a transaction are those stated in the signed proforma invoice or contract — not those published on the Site.
The content of the Site — text, graphics, layout, photography and data — and the ASTROLINK GLOBAL and Lthunder names and marks belong to their respective owners within the Astrolink group. You may view, download and print pages for the purpose of evaluating or conducting business with us. Any other reproduction, distribution or use of Site content or marks requires our prior written consent.
The Site may link to websites operated by others. We do not control those sites and make no warranty as to their content, availability or practices. A link is provided for convenience only and does not imply endorsement.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Site or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
UAV components and related items may be subject to export-control regimes in the jurisdictions we operate in and ship to. All transactions are subject to applicable export-control laws — including China's export-control rules on UAV items and Hong Kong and Singapore re-export requirements — and to our own transaction screening. We may decline, suspend or unwind any transaction where screening outcomes or licensing requirements are not satisfied.
These terms, and any dispute arising from the Site, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
