1. Who we are

This policy is issued by ASTROLINK GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED (UEN 202557110Z), 152 Beach Road, #11-05 Gateway East, Singapore 189721, on behalf of the Astrolink group — three affiliated legal entities under common ownership in Singapore, Hong Kong and Shenzhen. Where this policy says "we", it means the group company you correspond with.

2. What we collect

Only what you send us, through two channels:

• The contact form — typically your name, company, email address and the content of your inquiry, such as a spec sheet or bill of materials.
• Email and messaging correspondence — whatever you choose to share when you write to us or message us on WhatsApp.

We do not collect personal data from any other source, and we do not build profiles of visitors who simply browse this site.

3. Why we use it

• Answering your inquiry and preparing quotations.
• Preparing and processing trade documentation — proforma invoices, commercial invoices, shipping and customs paperwork — once an order proceeds.
• Meeting the record-keeping, compliance and transaction-screening obligations that apply to a cross-border trading business.

That is the full list. Your data is only used to answer inquiries and conduct the resulting trade.

4. Where it is stored

• Contact-form submissions are processed by Formspree, the form-handling service behind our website form, and delivered to our mailbox.
• Email is held in our company mailboxes with an established business email provider.

Both providers process data under their own published privacy and security terms. Because we operate across Singapore, Hong Kong and Shenzhen, correspondence relevant to your order may be handled by the group entity performing that part of the work.

5. What we never do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone.
• We do not share it with third parties except the service providers described above, freight and banking counterparties needed to execute your order, or where the law requires.
• We do not send marketing you have not asked for.

6. Cookies & analytics

This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may record standard, aggregated technical logs as part of operating the service; we do not use these to identify individual visitors. Pages load fonts and one scrolling script from public content-delivery networks; those requests are governed by the respective providers' terms.

7. How long we keep it

Inquiry correspondence that does not lead to business is deleted in the ordinary course. Where an inquiry becomes a transaction, we retain the related records for as long as commercial, tax and customs record-keeping obligations in our operating jurisdictions require, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

You may ask us at any time to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Correct anything that is inaccurate or out of date;
• Delete your data, where we are not legally required to retain it.

9. Governing framework

This policy is written to align with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), the primary data-protection framework applying to our headquarters. Where our Hong Kong or Shenzhen entities handle your data, applicable local requirements also apply. We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
