Every payment into the Astrolink group passes through the same three controls. None of them asks for your trust — each one can be tested from the other side of the world, against public registers and signed paper, before you wire anything.

Never a personal account. Never a third-party company. If wire instructions name anyone else, they did not come from us.
Banking coordinates are issued on the face of the signed quotation or proforma invoice itself — never in loose emails, never as an afterthought attachment. Every document carries a structured number tied to our internal ledger, and the name on the paper matches the name on the account.
Before your first payment, we invite you to confirm our banking details through a second, independent channel — a written confirmation by email and a WhatsApp callback. A counterparty who welcomes verification has nothing to hide from it. We would rather add a day to the first transaction than a doubt to the relationship.
Banking details are communicated only from addresses ending in @astrolink-global.com. A different domain — however similar — is not us.
Wire instructions appear inside signed, structured-numbered documents. Details arriving as a bare email or an unnumbered attachment should be treated as unverified.
